We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services — some to maintain security and core site functions, and we also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies for analytics and advertising. To the extent these are deemed a "sale"/"sharing" under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in the US residents section. Specific information is in our Cookie Notice: https://tempreon.com/legal/cookies. We may share information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services; you can opt out via https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and the third parties with whom we share it, including in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we implement measures to protect your information, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between our group companies and our third-party providers.

8. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

10. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, contact us at legal@tempreon.com.

11. What are your privacy rights?

In Short: Depending on your state or region of residence, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have rights including: to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; to request rectification or erasure; to restrict processing; to data portability; and not to be subject to automated decision-making. You may also have the right to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. To review or change account information or terminate your account, log in to your account settings or contact us. If you have questions about your privacy rights, email legal@tempreon.com.

12. Controls for do-not-track features

Most browsers and some mobile OSes include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals; when we detect a GPC signal we automatically apply your opt-out preference for the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable state laws, including the CCPA.

13. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have rights to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

This applies to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. You have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, non-discrimination, and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us via https://tempreon.com/settings, email legal@tempreon.com, or the contact details below. We honor Global Privacy Control opt-out signals. You may appeal a declined request by emailing legal@tempreon.com.

14. Core imprint and behavioral data

Tempreon's core function is building and maintaining a personalized intelligence layer around you, including your Core Imprint — a structured profile of how you think, communicate, make decisions, and operate. Core Imprint data includes communication style and tone preferences; decision-making patterns and frameworks; operating principles and values; professional knowledge and expertise areas; and behavioral tendencies observed through your use of the product. Legal basis (GDPR): Article 6(1)(b) — contractual necessity. In addition to information you provide directly, Tempreon generates inferred data ("Instincts") in three categories: Style, Process, and Judgment; inferred data is subject to the same protections and rights.

What we do NOT do with this data: We do not sell Core Imprint data or behavioral profiles to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting. We do not share your behavioral profile with other Tempreon users. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on your behavioral profile without your involvement.

15. AI processing and sub-processors

We use third-party AI service providers to power core features including natural language processing, knowledge synthesis, behavioral pattern analysis, and intelligent recommendations. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for training their general AI models. A current list of our AI service providers and all other sub-processors is maintained at tempreon.com/trust/sub-processors. We will update the sub-processor list and notify you by email at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that involves a materially new category of data processing.

16. Embeddings and derived data

Tempreon creates vector embeddings — mathematical representations of your content and behavioral data — to power search, recommendations, and pattern recognition. When you request deletion of your data, this includes deletion of vector embeddings, learned behavioral patterns (Instincts), and all derived representations of your data, not only the original content you provided. Embeddings from your data are never shared with other users or used outside of your personal Tempreon environment.

17. Data portability

You have the right to export your data at any time. A full data export is available from your Settings page and includes your Core Imprint profile, all Knowledge Vault records, File Vault contents, learned Instincts and behavioral patterns, Domains, Agents, and Decision Gates configuration, and Network (people) data. All human-readable data and configurations are included; vector embeddings are not, as these are mathematical representations not usable outside Tempreon.

18. EU AI Act transparency disclosure

Tempreon uses AI systems that analyze personal data to provide personalized recommendations and identify behavioral patterns. These systems are not classified as high-risk AI applications under EU AI Act Annex III. They do not make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement, they operate under user control, and they are subject to transparency requirements — this disclosure and our AI Policy at tempreon.com/legal/ai-policy are part of that transparency.

19. Users under 18

Tempreon is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to delete their account and all associated data. If you believe a minor has created a Tempreon account, contact us at legal@tempreon.com.

20. Email communications (CAN-SPAM / CASL)

Transactional emails related to your account, billing, security, and service updates are sent based on contractual necessity and do not require separate consent. Marketing emails require your express consent and include an unsubscribe mechanism in every message. For Canadian users, we obtain express consent for marketing emails at account signup in compliance with CASL. All marketing emails include our identity and contact information, a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and our physical mailing address (3878 S Beacon Dr, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045).

21. Data retention

When you cancel your Tempreon subscription, your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. After your subscription ends, your account and all associated data are retained for 90 days, during which you may reactivate with all data intact. After the 90-day retention period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including Core Imprint data, Knowledge Vault records, File Vault contents, behavioral patterns and Instincts, vector embeddings, and all derived data. We may retain limited billing records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (tax compliance, dispute resolution) for up to 7 years after account closure; these records do not include your Core Imprint, Knowledge Vault, or behavioral data.

22. Do we make updates to this notice?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.

24. How can you review, update, or delete the data we collect from you?

Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please visit https://tempreon.com/settings.
