REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Tempreon is a subscription-based software service. There are no physical goods to return. When you cancel your subscription, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Service continues through the end of your current monthly billing cycle. Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Service continues through the end of your prepaid annual period. No partial refunds for unused months. Downgrades: If you downgrade from a paid tier to Free, the downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle. Your data is preserved during the transition. EU users: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial purchase. To exercise this right, contact legal@tempreon.com within 14 days of your first subscription payment. All cancellations are managed through your account Settings page via the Stripe billing portal.
