Data export is available on every plan — Free included. Exports also include any memories set aside at capacity.

Your Data, Your Control

Tempreon is built on the principle that your intelligence belongs to you. The data export feature gives you a copy of the data in your account whenever you want it. You never have to sit and wait for it: we prepare it in the background and email you when it's ready.

How to Export

Go to Account (your settings) in your dashboard
Scroll to the Your Data section
Click Request Your Data Export
We prepare your export in the background and email you a link within 24 hours (usually much sooner). You can close the page
Open the link and sign in if you aren't already. Click Download to save the ZIP file, which holds your data and your File Vault files

How We Protect Your Export

The email never contains your data or a download link that works on its own. It links to your export page, which only opens for the account that requested it, after sign-in.
Each download link is created when you click Download and stops working a few minutes later.
Your export is deleted from our servers 48 hours after it's ready. Request a new one any time; the status shows on your Account page.
Deleting your account deletes any export we are holding, along with your File Vault files.

What's Included

The export holds your own information in plain words: what you gave Tempreon, and what Tempreon has learned about you, the way you would describe it. An automated check runs on every release, so a new kind of data is never added to the export (or left out of it) without a written decision. It covers:

Core Imprint — Each section of your Core Imprint, current version
Knowledge — Your knowledge records, grouped by domain (records set aside at capacity or archived included and marked)
File Vault — Your files themselves, in a folder per domain (archived files included), plus a list with each file's description and where it is in the ZIP
Instincts and Observations — What Tempreon has learned about how you work, and the individual things it noticed
People — The people in your world and how they relate to you and to each other
Domains — Your domains with their goals and priorities
Agents — The agents you set up and what each one is for
Decision Gates — Your decision gates, in plain words
Tasks, Work Log and Feedback — Your work and the feedback you gave on it
Agent credits and runs — Your credit balances and ledger, and what your agents did
Your conversations with us — Your onboarding interview and your support requests

Format

The export is a ZIP file. Inside it:

README.txt — A plain-language guide to what is inside
One readable file per kind of information (for example Knowledge.md, Tasks.md) — opens in any text editor or Markdown viewer
data/ — The same information as JSON, one file per kind, for moving it into another tool
files/ — Your File Vault files, in a folder per domain. Archived files are under files/Archived/. Files.md lists where each one is

If something could not be included, the README names it and says why, so nothing goes missing silently.

When to Export

Regular backups — Peace of mind that your intelligence is backed up outside Tempreon
Before account changes — Export before downgrading or cancelling to preserve your data
Data portability — Use your data in other tools or systems
Compliance — Meets GDPR and CCPA data portability requirements

Privacy Commitment

Tempreon's own working records are not part of the export: internal ids and links, scores and confidence values, search-index data, processing and usage logs, and instructions written for the AI. Earlier versions that were replaced by a newer one are not included either. Tempreon doesn't hold back your information to create lock-in. If you leave, you take your intelligence with you.
