Changing Your Tier
Upgrading: Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade, or visit the Pricing page.
Downgrading: Open the Stripe Customer Portal from Settings > Manage Subscription.
Cancelling: You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your data remains accessible and exportable. See Data Export.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try a paid tier before committing? We don't offer time-limited trials. The free tier is a fully functional product you can use indefinitely. Upgrade when the depth and features are worth it to you, not because a trial clock ran out.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data is preserved. Features gated by higher tiers become read-only — you can still view your Agents, for example, but can't create new ones until you upgrade again.
