Solutions for the most frequently encountered problems with Tempreon.
My AI Doesn't Seem to Know My Context
Likely cause: Context loads at the start of each session, not mid-conversation.
Solution:
- Start a new conversation or session in your AI tool
- Ask your AI: "What Tempreon tools do you have access to?" — if it lists tools, the Bridge is working
- Try: "Start my session" — this triggers a full context load from Tempreon
- Check that your Bridge is properly configured (see Bridges)
Knowledge I Stored Isn't Showing Up
Likely cause: Search query doesn't match the stored record, or the knowledge was scoped to a different Domain.
Solution:
- Try broader search terms: "Search my knowledge for [topic]"
- Check if the knowledge was stored in a specific Domain — it may not appear in a general search
- Verify the knowledge was stored successfully: "What did I store recently?" or check the Knowledge Vault in your dashboard
- Give it a moment — new knowledge may take a few seconds to be searchable
Onboarding Seems Stuck
Likely cause: Network interruption during the onboarding conversation or profile extraction.
Solution:
- Refresh the onboarding page
- If the chat isn't responding, try the form-based alternative ("Prefer to type?")
- If the form submission fails, check your internet connection and try again
- If you're redirected back to onboarding after completing it, try logging out and back in
I'm Not Seeing Learning Progress
Likely cause: The learning system needs multiple sessions to generate validated patterns.
Solution:
- Check your Forge Journey on the dashboard — if you're at "Raw" or "Warming," the system is still collecting data
- Ensure you're having substantive sessions (brief Q&A generates fewer signals than extended work)
- Give feedback — corrections and confirmations are the richest learning signals
- Check your tier — Free tier has limited learning frequency
Dashboard Shows Incorrect Data
Likely cause: Cached data or delayed sync.
Solution:
- Refresh the page
- Log out and back in to clear cached state
- If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact support
Email Verification Link Doesn't Work
Likely cause: Link expired or was already used.
Solution:
- Verification links expire after a period of time
- Try logging in — if your email is already verified, you'll go straight to the dashboard
- If the link is expired, go to signup and re-enter the same email to get a fresh verification link
I Can't Connect More Than One Bridge
Likely cause: You've reached your tier's Bridge limit.
Solution:
- Check your current Bridge count in the Bridges dashboard
- Free tier: 1 Bridge, Standard: 5 Bridges, Premium: Unlimited
- Consider upgrading to add more connections: Subscription Tiers
Feature Shows "Locked" or "Upgrade Required"
Expected behavior. Tempreon shows all features at every tier but gates access. Locked features show a preview and an upgrade prompt.
Solution:
- This is by design — it lets you see the full product and decide what's worth upgrading for
- Click the upgrade prompt to see what tier unlocks the feature
- Visit Subscription Tiers for a full comparison
My Password Reset Isn't Working
Solution:
- Go to login and click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your account email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link from noreply@tempreon.com
- The reset link redirects you to set a new password
- If you still can't get in, contact support
